The annual Oral Health Conference and Exhibition (OHC) always provides the most up-to-date information for dental hygienists and dental therapists.
The exciting OHC 2017 is no exception. On the theme of “More to the Mouth”, it will address the importance of taking a holistic approach to treating patients instead of focusing only on clinical intervention.
“We designed the programme to bring together all aspects of dental hygiene and dental therapy that we hope will help delegates to transform their working lives for the benefit of the patient, and also themselves,” said Helen Minnery, President of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT).
“We have set out to ensure the choice of themes is relevant to their day-to-day lives and concerns.”
Session topics at the event, to be held at Harrogate Convention Centre on 3rd–4th November, encompass broad aspects of oral, physical and mental health.
The ample opportunities to network begin at the opening day’s evening drinks reception. Delegates can also head to the Hand Care Bar, sponsored by Philips Oral Healthcare in recognition of the dedication and hard work of dental hygienists and dental therapists.
