GC Europe’s Gradia Plus hands-on indirect restoration courses in Leuven, Belgium
GC Europe will be running Gradia Plus hands-on courses in at its state-of-the-art training Campus in Leuven, Belgium, on 15th & 16th January 2018 and 24th & 25th May 2018.
The Campus enables GC and its worldwide network of dental professionals to deliver hands-on courses, presentations and demonstrations of all its major technologies and products including GC Gradia Plus Modular Composite System.
A spokesperson said: “During the GC Gradia Plus indirect restorations course delegates will learn how to make aesthetically pleasing indirect inlays and full crowns using GC’s Gradia Plus modular composite system. This will include fabricating a jacket crown using the new one-body light-body injectable composite, and the coloured it with Paint Set, GC’s new paintable liquid composite. They will also construct a layered crown on a metal core using the heavy body materials, making an inlay and gum characterisation.
“Developed in close co-operation with a group of top dental technicians, GC Gradia Plus sets a new standard in lifelike mixing and layering of shades."
They continued: “Based on the latest ceramic polymer technology this advanced, high-strength, nano-hybrid, light-curing composite offers brightness, translucency, chroma and a natural opalescence in the oral environment that is similar to porcelain. Its unique modular concept has fewer standard shades, but uses a more individual mixing and layering approach making it more compact and cost-effective. Nevertheless it meets all the demands on indications or techniques used from classic or multi-chromatic build-up to the monolithic approach.”
During the practical sessions GC’s master technician will demonstrate the Gradia Plus System to its full extent. The course fee includes travel, overnight accommodation, all meals, materials, models and equipment plus 10 hours CPD.
